SPS Fenja was a 1994 bay 16.1+ hand mare by Frappant (Werther/Graphit) out of a States Premium Grenadier mare (who has produced 5 States Premium daughters!). Fenja was an overall "8" on her studbook inspection, very attractive ('9' for her head). She earned a 75% on her under saddle test with an (8) for her wonderful gaits, along with excellent jumping scores. A further score of (9) was earned for her walk with an (8) for femininity, frame, muscle development, neck and overall impression. She has the pedigree and numbers that stallions hope for (dressage and jumping). She was our foundation mare and all of her foals have been multi talented, truly all around horses.

In 2009 SPS Fenja attended the following breed shows:  Ten Broeck   1 & 2, WNYDA Summer Festival - Dressage at Paduka Run, Maplewood Warmbloods Breed Show, Fair Hill 1 & 2 and The NEDA Fall Festival. 

At the Ten Broeck 1 Breed Show SPS Fenja won her Broodmare 4 & older class.  She was then Third place Qualifier in the Mare Championship class, qualifying her for the Region 8 Championship at the Fall NEDA Show.  She also was 2nd in the large Hanoverian IBC Class with a 78.5%. 
At the Ten Broeck 2 Show SPS Fenja was 2nd in her Broodmare 4 & older class (to her daughter EM Wiktoria HHF).  She went on to show in the in the mare championship and was named Reserve Champion Mare, qualifying her again for regionals. 

At the WNYDA Summer Festival - Dressage at Paduka Run SPS Fenja won her Broodmare 4 & Older class with a 75.65% from Judge William Solynties. 

At the Maplewoods Warmbloods Breedshow SPS Fenja was 2nd in the Broodmare 4 & older class with a 77.35% from Jayne Ayers.  Her daughter EM Wiktoria HHF was 1st.  She participated in the Mare Championship and was Third Place Qualifier, again qualifiying her to go to Regional 8 Finals. 

At the Fair Hill Dressage Sport Horse Breed Show 1 SPS Fenja was 2nd in her Broodmare 4 & older, was Reserve Mare Champion, and Reserve Mature Horse Champion.  THe next day at the Fair Hill 2 show SPS Fenja started the day by winning her Broodmare class.  She again was Reserve Champion Mare and Mature Horse Reserve Champion. 

At the New England Dressage Association Fall Festival Breed Show USDF/GAIG Region 8 Finals SPS Fenja was Reserve Grand Champion Mature Mare. 

SPS Fenja garnered the following Year End Awards from 2009:

NEDA (New England Dressage Association) ~ Mature Mares ~ Reserve Champion 
American Hanoverian Society ~ Mature Horse - Mare Division ~ 7th Place
